LETTER OF INTENT TO CONTRACT OF MANDATE

This letter of intent to contract of Mandate is made on the 05.08.2023, by **EWL

Outsourcing Sp. z o. o.** under KRS number 0000463076. (hereinafter called the
company in his capacity as First Party)

And is addressed to:

Mr. Benyamin Maukoni Nationality of (Indonesia) Holding passport number E4041763

in his capacity as the Second Party.

The First party intends to employ the Second party as Production Worker in the
occupation and Netto Salary of **min. 2928 PLN (min. 18,30 PLN gross/hour)

01. Period of contract of mandate: **12 months, renewable**

02. Working hours: **40-70 per week**
03. Accommodation: **Free Accommodation, provided by First Party**
04. Food: **covered by Second Party**
05. Transportation: **not necessary**
06. Air Passage: **provided by Second party**
07. Medical: **Free Medical, provided by First Party**
08. Overtime: **Provided by First Party**
09. Insurance: **Provided by First Party**
10. Residence Permit: **Provided by First Party**
11. Other Terms & Condition: **According to Polish Civil Code**
