    If I had one superpower that would help me become my best self at social work,

    which superpower would it be and how would I use it as an iLeader to do my


    best?

    Power to influence my environment. Be willing to take risks and be willing to see things from a new
    perspective. Solve problems and use them as opportunities for perseverance. Values knowledge and
    understands its importance in the workplace. How to analyze the situation and carefully consider the
    details before making a decision?
    Good time management skills, measuring performance, and finding ways to improve performance.
    Willing to work on a variety of tasks, able to multitask and switch roles. Adaptable and open to new
    responsibilities or challenges. Excellent performance with strong time management skills and the ability
    to prioritize tasks. Learn the importance of analyzing past results to make future decisions.
