“would rather” is an english phrase that is very commonly used in speaking. phrase which is
commonly abbreviated ( 'd ) rather and is used with this variety of personal pronoun (I'd rather, you'd
rather, she'd rather, he'd rather, we'd rather) used to say what more preferable.
When you want to involve other people in an action, would rating followed simple past when we
want to discuss present (present) or future (future); or followed past perfect when you want to talk
about past (past).
