Hope you’re doing well. You must be excited about joining the Run for Joy!
Since you’re athletic and you’ve been running regularly, I would suggest that you join the
10km category. In my opinion, the 5km category is not challenging enough for you while the 21km
category may be too extreme. In addition, you may not have enough time to train for the latter.
Don’t forget to stay hydrated and have sufficient sleep to prepare yourself for the event.
