AAM has market-ready, scalable driveline systems that are compatible with all electrified architectures and can be
configured with multiple motor diameters and flexible stack lengths to provide optimized packaging, power and torque

DEI STRATEGIC ROADMAP
In 2021, AAM placed a priority on building a safe and welcoming culture. We engaged external experts to assist us in
performing a current state assessment of our programs, extracting key themes through global workforce listening sessions
and focus group activities and reviewing our policies and historical workforce data.
These efforts drove the creation of AAM’s comprehensive DEI Strategic Roadmap, which has been categorized into five
pillars. We have developed action plans for each pillar and will monitor the results of our work as we strive to continuously
improve.
As we work to create an inclusive culture where every Associate feels welcomed and celebrated for who they are, our

AAM was named an Automotive News PACE Award Finalist for our P3 2-Speed
Electric Drive Technology. The PACE Award recognizes automotive suppliers for
superior innovation, technological advancement and business performance and
are accepted around the world as the industry benchmark for innovation.
AAM was named an Automotive News PACEpilot Award Finalist for our
P4 Integrated 3-in-1 Wheel-End Electric Drive. PACEpilot is designed to
recognize post-pilot, pre-commercial innovations in the automotive and
future mobility space.
AAM has been recognized for two consecutive years with the General Motors
Overdrive Award, given to suppliers who display outstanding achievement
across the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organization’s key priorities.
Newsweek has included AAM two years in a row on their list of America’s
Most Responsible Companies. The list, compiled by global research and
data firm Statista, recognizes corporations that take environmental and social
responsibilities more seriously than others.
AAM won the 2021 Altair Enlighten Award, the automotive industry’s only
award dedicated to lightweighting and sustainability. AAM’s innovative next
generation electric drive technology was recognized as the winner in the Future
of Lightweighting category.
