Driving is Liberating!

began to tremble and sweat droplets started to
accumulate over my forehead. The radio was on,
but I could hardly hear anything. The only thing
I could see and hear was traffic and honking all
over! And, suddenly when my car stopped in
between a slow-moving traffic (because I did not
switch to a lower gear), I felt as if I had committed
a crime. 

I have made so many mistakes, when I think about

In all the madness and rush of our life today, we often forget the most important component for achieving any kind

Here we want to share the story of our employee Pugal Panneerselvam, Head of Product & Platforms Capability.
His commitment and dedication to improving his quality of life is a true inspiration for everyone. We must all take
a page from his book of health and implement in our life!

Pugal is a strong believer in the 1% improvement club – which basically means making bite-sized improvements
to our daily lives, making those small changes and converting them into a whole list of great habits!
Today, Pugal finds himself at the highest energy levels, all day, every day. He lost more than 28 kilos in three
months and has maintained that for over a year. He is now healthier, happier and above all, mostly feels stress-
free.

Three main things that he prescribes:


1. Clean Eating – Say no to all kinds of sugar, fast-foods, junk food and processed food
2. Time-restricted eating – Eat only for a few hours in a day and then put a hard stop (recommended is 10
hours of eating and 14 hours of fasting)
3. Sitting Kills. Moving Heals – Keep your body moving throughout the day. Any form of exercise will help
as long as the body is in motion!
