Recruitment Process - FAQ
What’s the interview set-up?
The interviews will take place online using Microsoft Teams. Please make sure
you have a stable internet connection, camera and headset available. We suggest
that you use Wi-Fi and a computer for the interviews. It is also recommended that
you have a mobile phone (with data available) in case of any sudden bandwidth
challenges with your internet.
You will receive invitation(s) from our HR Services Team with the login
instructions on how to join prior to the interviews.

What kind of interviews should I expect?


During the last round of interviews, you will have a chance to converse with the
assignment managers and local Human Resources leaders. We suggest that you
prepare your questions in advance for this audience. This will be the moment
where we will discuss in detail; the actual roles, business environment, business
challenges and where our roles are located.
The interviews will be approximately 45-60 minutes long, and besides general
introductions the interviewers will ask in-depth questions. We typically will have
one interview which aims to get to know better your technical background and
knowledge through previous experiences. The second interview will be to hear
more about your competencies and leadership skills experience.

I’m interested in more than one role or starting location.


What should I do?
In each interview we are considering the participants application for the role or
location to which you applied. If you are interested in other roles and you are
flexible about starting locations, please emphasize this during the interviews. The
interview panel will take this into consideration when making decisions about
final offers to the best candidates. You can find all open roles within the EMEA
region on our website (link).

When will I know about the result of the interviews?


We will aim to reach out to all participants after the interviews within 1-3 weeks.
In some cases, we might have a final interview round with a senior leader who
wants to meet and get to know the top candidates.
