SUPINATED CURLS (B2)

PRIMARY MUSCLE GROUP: BICEPS


SECONDARY MUSCLE GROUP: BRACHIALIS,
FOREARMS
GYM EQUIPMENT: DUMBBELL

STEPS
1. Stand in an upright position while holding a
dumbbell on each arm. The palm of your hands
should be facing each other and elbows should be
close to the torso. This will be your starting
position.

2. Curl the weights up as you supinate your wrist


(rotate your palm facing up) while contracting the
biceps as you breathe out.

3. Slowly return the dumbbell back to starting


position as your breathe in.

4. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetition.
