1. Introduction
The Brazilian government has published NF-e Technical Note 2021.004 introducing new fields,
validation rules and changes on existing validation rules. This document guides you through the
post-implementation steps that are necessary to perform Sales and Distribution changes related to
this technical note.
1.1 Purpose
The purpose of this document is to guide you on the implementation steps to create new objects
for the NF-e Technical Note 2021.004.
1.2 Scope
The steps described here are optional and are useful if you want to automatically update the values
for fuel type (tipo de combustível).

2. Customizing

2.1 BC Set for S4CORE Releases (optional step)

Only follow this step if you are on an S4CORE release.

2.1.1 Access the SAP Note 3189622 from your browser.

2.1.2 Find the attachment “Z_FUELTYPE_VIEW_S4CORE.bcs” and download it.
2.1.3 Access the Business Configuration Sets: Initial Screen (SCPR20) transaction.
2.1.4 Click on the Upload button (under More > BC Set, shortcut Ctrl+Shift+F8).
2.1.5 Choose the BC Set downloaded on step 2.1.2.
2.1.6 Click on the Activate BC Set button.
2.1.7 Proceed in the next views until the end of the activation.

2.2 BC Set for SAP_APPL Releases (optional step)

Only follow this step if you are on an SAP_APPL release.

2.2.1 Access the SAP Note 3189622 from your browser.

2.2.2 Find the attachment “Z_FUELTYPE_VIEW_SAP_APPL.bcs” and download it.
2.2.3 Access the Business Configuration Sets: Initial Screen (SCPR20) transaction.
2.2.4 Click on the Upload button (under More > BC Set, shortcut Ctrl+Shift+F8).
2.2.5 Choose the BC Set downloaded on step 2.2.2.
2.2.6 Click on the Activate BC Set button.
2.2.7 Proceed in the next views until the end of the activation.
