My group members were mostly people in-person so they decided to make it like a long
tower and this decision was agreed by all of us.

2. Looking back on the challenge, do you think that this was the most
effective decision making style? Why or why not?
I think that this was the most effective decision making style because it was all good.

3. If you had to complete this challenge again, what would you have done
differently?
I would have changed the decision making style.

The chain which we decided to make worked really well.

The straws were not able to stick together easily.

6. Do you feel like you have a better understanding of how decisions in a


group are made? Why or why not?
I am a really good decision maker because I give good ideas and explain them to all the
group members in a detailed way so that they understand it well.

7. What challenges did your group face?


My group was struggling to stick the straws together and we took a long time to decide
the structure of the tower.

8. How were these conflicts/challenges resolved? Were you successful in


overcoming obstacles? Why or why not?
We tried our best to stick the straws and we made it.
