Learning Intent
At the end of the week, the students are expected to:
● Discuss the definition and nature of Morality by comparing and contrasting Ethics and Morality

● Apply the general Phases of the Case-Based Learning Approach by working on the first Day case vignette.

● Clarify and examine the factors contributing to the evolution of ethics and the foundations of ethics as a
separate philosophical discipline by identifying the different societal norms.
● Recognize the significance of the course in the practice of your chosen course/profession by accomplishing the
course insight summary sheet.

Concept Notes

The study of Ethics has a significant impact in the life of the human being. As we are made with the power of judgment
it is justifiable that we put in under the lenses of Ethics.
