DOWNHOLE & SURFACE PRODUCTION

EQUIPMENT

Overview
In developing an oil and gas field, supporting facilities are needed so that the
processes used are capable of supporting oil and gas field operations. These
facilities consist of subsurface and surface facilities. Sub-surface equipment is
defined as equipment that is installed starting from the well head / bottom flans
to the bottom of the well . Surface facilities are all equipment on the surface that
functions to channel the production fluid from the wellhead to the separation
facility to the holding facility.
