A Detailed Lesson Plan in Technology and Livelihood Education-Cookery 10

I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of this lesson, the students should be able to:
1. identify marinades and its basic ingredients;
2. marinate out of the given ingredients; and
3. appreciate the role of marinating in daily living.

II. SUBJECT MATTERS:

Materials: Power Point, Plasma TV, Laptop, Visual Aid, etc.

B. Lesson Proper
1. Activity

The class will be divided into 3 groups


based on the symbol they will find on
their seats.
The teacher will post a riddles and the
first group who will answer first will get
a jigsaw puzzle, then the remaining
group will answer the other riddles so
that they can get their puzzles too.
Then the teacher will give a jigsaw
puzzle for each. The students will be given 5
minutes (3 minutes to assemble the puzzle, 2
minutes to explain their work) to finish it. The
fastest group to accomplish the task will be
declared as the winner.
