V. Information for and about Minors

If the applicant is a minor or a person under legal guardianship, the parent/s or legal guardian/s must sign the visa application form. If only one of the
parents submits the visa application, then an affidavit from the absent parent/s granting consent for the other parent/third person to submit an application
for a Mexican visa in respect of the minor child will be required.
If the minor submits the visa application by him/herself or accompanied by a third person, then an affidavit from the absent parent/s or legal guardian/s
granting their consent for the minor child to apply for the Mexican visa will be required.
