    UHT Milk Ice Cream Making Practicum


    Materials:
     1 liter of UHT milk
     3 tbsp cornstarch
     1 tbsp cocoa powder milk
     6 tbsp granulated sugar
     2 tbsp powdered ice cream
    How to make soft ice cream:
    First, pour the UHT milk into a container, mix it with cornstarch, chocolate milk and
    sugar. Cook over medium heat while stirring until the mixture thickens. If it is cooked,
    remove and let the hot steam disappear. Put it in a container, then put it in the freezer and let
    it freeze. Frozen ice, shaved and ice mixer until smooth. Then put it in a container and put it
    back in the freezer until the ice cream mixture is frozen and soft.
    UHT milk ice cream is ready to be enjoyed.
