Dear Sir;

The Sangguniang Barangay Council during the 44th Regular Monthly Session on
February 18, 2022 proposed BARANGAY ORDINANCE # 70 SERIES OF 2022
otherwise known as “AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING AND
INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF BARNGAY INTELLIGENCE NETWORKS (BIN) IN
BARANGAY GUBATAN MACO DAVAO DE ORO AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THIS
PURPOSE” used to gather or collect information in the community also known as “Eyes
and Ears” in the Barangay or anything that can affect the peace and order in the
community. BIN, an anti-crime network created to further improve and maintain the
province’s peace and order, is part of the auxiliary police force and a built-in system in
the Barangay’s Purok network, a socio-development strategy covering health care,
education, environment, livelihood, youth and sports, disaster response, and peace and
orders, among others.

In view of this matter, may I respectfully endorse the FIVE (5) BARANGAY
INTELLIGENCE NETWORKS who are bonafide residents of Barangay Gubatan, Maco,
Davao de Oro subject for reviews and evaluation to wit:

The Barangay Intelligence Networks (BIN) received a monthly honorarium of P 300.00
