Area : 53,117 sq.m
Location : Barangay Lunocan, Manolo Fortich Bukidnon

II. FACTS/FINDINGS

Based on ocular inspection conducted by the herein undersigned, it

was found out that FLORO D. SANCHEZ is actually tilling the portion of
the said landholding specifically Lot 760-E with a total area of 10,212
sq. m.

It was further revealed that Vevencio Saplinay who was among the
original identified beneficiaries over the subject land, has not been tilling
the land since the installation of the farmer beneficiaries. Furthermore, the
same is not a resident of the Barangay and his whereabouts is unknown.

III. RECOMMENDATION

It is highly recommended, therefore, that Floro D. Sanchez be

identified as new farmer beneficiary over the subject landholding and his
name be included on Title no. AT-4452 or CLOA No. 00309803 , while the
original identified beneficiary in the name of Vevencio Saplinay be excluded
from the same.
