5 MIS Reports for MD Sir
6 Work Program Preparation for all Project In MSP and Primavera
7 Clients Bills Reconciliations
8 Withheld Summary update and follow up
9 BOQ Preparations
10 Initial Budgeting for All Projects
11 Coordination with HO All departments for works related to SAP
12 Project Policy works
13 SAP Works- Budgeting, Project & WBS Creations,
14 Work Order creations, Reservations of Materials,
15 JV Bills preparations and Reconditions
16 Correspondence -Contractual
17 EOT Preparations , Delay Analysis
18 Works distributions to Planning team and follow ups
19 HAM Projects documents and Bill preparations and compliances
20 All SAP Works and releasing of Work orders ,service creations,
21 MIS Reports and Monthly Presentations for Review Meeting
22 Daily Routine Works and providing supports to site team
