LETTER OF INTENT

Respected sir,

I am writing to you to express my intent of doing my postgraduate internship at Manila Medical

center. I have done my clerkship here as a medical student and I hope to continue my internship
here.
As a clinical clerk, I have learnt everything I know of the practice of medicine from thorough history
taking, physical examinations, making clinical abstracts and charting. Manila Medical Center and I
hope to learn much more here with my training as a Post Graduate intern.

I assure you that I will be taking on the challenges and responsibilities with the same capability that I
have demonstrated as a clinical clerk.
