Learning ITM: Adonis Medical, ITM: Customer Relationship Management, and ITM: E-commerce
Experience:
In the ITM: Adonis Medical learning experience, you will take on the role of a Junior Consultant at a
digital consulting company called Aria Consulting that specializes in assisting clients in the medical
industry.
Aria Consulting’s newest client is Adonis Medical, a cosmetic surgery company that specializes in
providing discrete services to high-profile clients who wish to remain anonymous (politicians,
celebrities, public figures, wealthy CEOs, etc.).
Adonis has recently suffered a ransomware attack and the company is in crisis. On behalf of Aria
Consulting, you have been brought in to investigate and recommend the next steps, including
navigating this crisis.
Learning Objectives:
You will take on the role of a senior manager of the customer acquisition team at a large grocery store
chain called Meraki. The company is one of the largest food retailers in the country and continues to
expand its services in food retail, nutrition, clothing, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
The company is working to understand its customers better as the pandemic has shifted the way
people shop for essentials like food and groceries. You will need to help the company better serve its
customers and continue to grow its market share across diverse segments of the population.
As you progress in the experience, you will encounter a challenge in the supply chain management of
the grocery store and will need to identify the root cause of the issue and evaluate solutions to
address it.

E-commerce - Overview
You will take on the role of a senior manager of the e-commerce merchandising team at a large
grocery store chain called Meraki. The company is one of the largest food retailers in the country and
continues to expand its services in food retail, nutrition, clothing, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
Due to shifting trends in e-commerce post-pandemic, you will need to help the company accelerate
e-commerce as a priority.
As you progress in the experience, you will encounter a challenge with the cloud solutions team. You
will need to evaluate the company’s current capabilities and assess options based on the company’s
needs.
Learning Objectives:
● Demonstrate an understanding of competitive necessity
● Demonstrate an understanding of the challenges that new entrants face in eCommerce
● Use customer loyalty as leverage to expand eCommerce growth
● Demonstrate an understanding of the functions and inter-connections of an information
system
