BEGINNING

A pleasant day to everyone, dear parents, teachers and all school administrators, it is my
pleasure to be a moderator for this PTA meeting of school year 2022-2023. I am Noemilyn Alcanciado, a
Volunteer Teacher here in New Magsaysay Integrated School. I would like to extend a very warm
welcome to all of you. We appreciate you, our dear parents for taking time off your busy schedules to
join us today.

PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM

Before anything else. May I invite everyone to invoke the Almighty, Ladies and Gentlemen. May
I request all of you to stand as we sing the National Anthem to be followed by the prayer through an
audio-visual presentation.

Please all be seated.

Assembly Meetings serve as one way to improve schools by enhancing teaching and learning, as
well as building a collaborative culture. More so, teachers wanted to participate in discussion and
decision-making and wanted to recommend ideas that focus on learning and school improvement.
