HUMAN RIGHTS

Let's recall the importance

of social rights for all
sociaties around the world.
Be a human who appreciates
the importance of rights

The meanings of these

pictures include equal
rights for all races,
sexuality, and community,
for the freedom of one's
rights. The rights include
the freedom of speech
and
the freedom of life.
Everyone has the rights to
human rights.

Everyone is born equal

therefore the rights of
eveyone should be equal.

With human rights,

everyone has the freedom
to potentially to develop
as a human being

Article 5
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel,
inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

We could interpret this article by saying we have a

right not to be tortured or treated with cruelty in any
sort of way. We as humans have a right to be
protected, to have a peaceful life without any kind of
inhuman act. We are given human rights, right after
we are born, so every age, baby, teenager, adult, and
elderly have human rights.

Example : There are lots of examples , one of the

examples are when our ancestors from Indonesia
faced, when they were being colonized by Japan and
the Netherlands. Indonesians at that time were being
tortured with cruelty, but thankfully the United
Nation created something called “Human Rights,”
therefore those kinds of things would not happen
again in the future. (Hopefully)
All are equal before the
law and are entitled
without any
discrimination to equal
protection of the law. All
are entitled to equal
protection against any
discrimination in
violation of this
Declaration and against
any incitement to such
discrimination.
article 7
This article means that noone
should be prejudiced in court or
sentenced for a crime they didn't
commit or receive one that's worse
than from when the crime was done.

A rapist argued that twelve years in

jail was longer than the maximum
punishment for sex offences, but
this was false because the maximum
was actually life in prison.
Everyone has the right to an
effective remedy by the
competent national tribunals for
acts violating the fundamental
rights granted him by the
constitution or by law.

This right means that the media,

government, and others are not
allowed to spy on us or interfere with
our personal choices. It also means
that personal information about you
(including official records,
photographs, letters, diaries and
medical records) should be kept
securely and not shared without your
permission, except in certain
circumstances
