We are pleased to submit our proposal to render security services for the protection of lives,
properties and other interests at your establishment. MAYA SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCY
INC. is duly registered and legally licensed to operate under PSA-R-07-166814-5184 issued by the Dept. of
Interior and Local Government (DILG) thru the office of Chief, PNP, Camp Crame, Quezon City on
November 25, 2021, pursuant to the provisions of Section- 6 of Republic Act 5487 known as “Private
Security Agency Law” as amended by PD Nos. 11, 100 and 1919.
Our Agency shall provide reliable, experienced, honest, loyal, courteous and efficient Security
Guards and Officer. Moreover, is well equipped with facilities, equipment, weapons, etc. to meet the varying
security requirements of our clients. MAYA SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCY INC. Security
Service must be rendered at all times to protect the lives and properties and interest of our clients to their
total satisfaction.
For and in considerations of our security services to be rendered by our security personnel
hereunder are our proposed contract rate to wit;
