Wheel Washing facilities.

Wheel washing facilities will be provided at the exit form the site. This will vary as
the project progresses, Attached are sketches showing location at each stage of the
project and what entrance is being used.
This will be in the form of an operative with a jet-wash washing the vehicles. The
water run-off will be captured on site in a sump to prevent pollution of water course
and silting of drainage.

Minimise the Need

To minimise this requirement it is our intention to provide a haul road around the site
to keep all vehicles clean.

Measures on site to control the deposition of dirt / mud on surrounding roads

and dust during construction.

The control of mud / dirt on roads will be controlled by use of jet-washing facilities
on site,

Dust, The measures that will be employed to control dust during construction.
a. Watering down during demolition and ground works.
b. Sheeting skips and wagons leaving site.
c. Sealing external car park surface as soon as possible.
d. Monitoring dust levels on site and clearing regularly.

To Control the Situation

The gate will be controlled by our gateman who will check all vehicles leaving site
for cleanliness.

Discharge of Water
The local water authority will be consulted if discharge consent is needed.
