ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC LIBRARY IN GUADALUPE, CEBU CITY

Introduction
The researcher is pleased to present this proposal for the establishment of a Public Library in
Guadalupe, Cebu City, aimed at providing essential educational assistance to the youth of the
community. The proposed library project intends to create a space that fosters intellectual
growth, encourages a love for reading, and facilitates access to a wide array of educational
resources.
This project proposal aims to establish a state-of-the-art public library in Guadalupe, Cebu City,
focused on providing educational assistance and promoting a culture of learning among the
youth. The proposed library will offer an extensive collection of books, digital resources, and
educational programs to empower young minds with knowledge, enhance academic
performance, and encourage lifelong learning. By fostering community partnerships, leveraging
modern technologies, and ensuring sustainable funding, we envision creating an inclusive and
accessible educational hub that will positively impact the youth in Guadalupe.

Objectives
