Introduction
This project proposal seeks to establish a livelihood program and provide cash assistance for
single parents in Guadalupe, Cebu City. The main objective of this initiative is to empower single
parents by offering financial support, vocational training, and business development
opportunities, thereby enhancing their economic stability and improving their quality of life.
Objectives
1. Financial Support: Provide timely and essential cash assistance to single parents in
Guadalupe, helping them meet immediate needs and manage their household expenses.
2. Livelihood Development: Offer vocational training and capacity-building workshops to
equip single parents with marketable skills and enable them to access sustainable
income-generating opportunities.
3. Social Empowerment: Create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes
gender equality and empowers single parents to become self-reliant and active
contributors to the community.
Scope of the Project
The proposed project will encompass the following key components:
1. Cash Assistance Program: Implement a targeted cash assistance program to provide
