We have some exciting news. Eagle Storage is now ModBox - Flat Rock! We understand there may have been
some transition issues with contacting our office, paying rent, or communication with our team. We apologize if you
experiences any issues and will be communicating as we work through this transition.

What does this change mean for our customers? We're dedicated to providing you with the great service you've
come to appreciate and expect.

The management team will be ready and willing to help you with any questions you have from 9:00 AM to 6:00
PM Monday - Saturday (Eastern Time).
Your gate access hours remain the same.
Your gate code remains the same.
We have a new website, https://modboxstorage.com/, where you can make payments, update your
contact information, and reserve additional units online, if you choose. Your online account can be
created with your gate code and unit number.
We no longer accept checks or cash. We apologize for any frustration this may cause but we offer
many ways to pay online or via autopay.
We also accept credit card payments and can set-up an automatic bill pay with your credit card, if you would
like one less thing to remember every month!
If you had protection coverage on your account, this will transition to our system. Coverage will now be
provided under Tenant Property Protection Please note that our rates are slightly different on some coverage:
$2,000 of coverage for $10/month, $3,000 of coverage for $12/month. $5,0000 of coverage for $20/month. If
your existing plan is different, we will enroll you in the closest plan possible. Feel free to contact our office to

We like to offer great referral incentives to our customers. For every new renter you send our way, we'll give you up
to $50 off your rent! Just make sure they tell us you sent them. Also, if your goods stored here are not insured,
ask us about worry free protection plan that covers your items.
