The field is hereby informed of the schedule of Classroom Observation/ Demonstration ‘Teaching of K to 12 Teacher Applicants for SY 2023-2024 of DepEd Agusan del Norte, which shall be conducted on the following schedules and venue in the attached enclosure. 2. Applicants are requested to bring the following documents on the said schedules, @. Three (3) copies of Detailed Lesson Plan b. Applicants are advised to come at the venue at least twenty (20) minutes before their schedule. ‘They are also advised to bring their own provision of water and meal. 4. The Division HRMPSB Sub-committees and concerned personnel are reminded to strictly observe “The Data Privacy Act of 2012*, related to the safekeeping of any documents related to this activity. 6. All participants to this activity shall observe the minimum health protocol. 8. Expenses that maybe incurred relative to this activity shall be charged against local funds and shall be subject to government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 9. In relevance to the conduct of the said activity, those Division Officials and Personnel who will render services (1) beyond the normal hours of duty and (2) during Saturdays, Sundays and/or Holidays shall be entitled with Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) Credits earned respectively and accordingly. The crediting of CTOs is aligned and in reference to (1) DepEd Order No. 53, series of 2003: “Updated Guidelines on Grant of Service Credits to Teachers” and (2) Civil Service Commission (CSC) and Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 2 s. 2004 on the “Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Services Rendered” 10.
