FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN DUMAGUETE CITY

1. Im reference to the Department of Education Memorandum from the Office of the
Secretary titled “RESCHEDULE OF THE CONDUCT OF TRAININGS,
WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, AND PARTICIPATION TO MEETINGS AND OTHER
ENGAGEMENTS THAT WILL REQUIRE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES TO
LEAVE THEIR WORKSTATIONS’ dated August 22, 2022, it was advised that in
all governance levels, the conduct of trainings, workshops, seminars and
participation to meetings and other engagements that will affects the conduct of
classes and that will require officials and employees to leave their respective
offices, shall be suspended until September 17, 2022.
2. In line with this, the conduct of the Workshop on the Development of the School-
Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Food Safety Protocols in Dumaguete City that was
scheduled on September 6 ~ 9, 2022 will be rescheduled on October 4 - 7, 2022.
3. It is requested that all participants of the said workshop do the necessary
adjustments and all the expenses incurred during this postponement will be
allowed for reimbursement subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
