Longitudinal differential locks, fitting

Tool:

1. Position the shift fork from underneath with the longitudinal differential lock guide lugs in the
housing.

2. Fit the differential coupling sleeve, with bearing, on the tubular shaft.

3. Fit the shift fork guide lugs on the bearing.

4. Secure the bolts with thread-locking adhesive (strong).

5. Tighten the shift fork attachment.
Tightening torque: 48 Nm

6. Fit the diaphragm sleeve and spring on the pushrod.
