Introduction

Using the Tri Metrix DNA assessment, one can learn the best strategies to improve their

performance and efficiency at work. This thorough assessment evaluates a person's abilities,

notable strengths, weaknesses, and various facets of professional performance. This examination

is a crucial resource for people who are already working and those who want to. This report

detail my Tri Metrix DNA analysis results, emphasizing noteworthy and significant components.

I have a framework to increase my productivity at work by knowing my strengths and

weaknesses, as identified by the assessment. Understanding one's professional skills enables

people to make better judgments and gives them a long-term perspective on the effects of their

choices. In my report, I will examine the many elements that made up my assessment results in

detail, concluding with creating an action plan based on these conclusions. This plan will act as a

road map for putting tactics into practice that will help me realize my full potential and have

more success in my professional endeavors.

Part- 1 Discussion

The following are some traits that my DISC style revealed, according to the results of my

assessment:

 Firstly, it says that I am an intellectual person; a person is known to be intelligent when

they possess to gain more knowledge, a keen interest in learning new things, and an

ability to engage in critical thinking (Gehrig & Stokes, 2019). The awareness of this skill

recognizes me as the motive behind the consistently high values in critical thinking and

knowledge acquisition. Being an intellectual person, I get much satisfaction from

obtaining knowledge, examining data, and coming to intelligent conclusions.

3

 Secondly, according to the assessment report, I am a collaborative person who supports

everyone around me and contributes as much as possible to an individual’s recognition

(Gehrig & Stokes, 2019). The most exciting thing is that I am aware of this skill. It

helped me a lot in most of my team projects where I was given different roles such as

leader, human resource management, finance management, etc., as every time I tried to

support my team members in demanding situations, I contributed 100% to my team’s

success. With the awareness of this skill, I have clarity of my priorities in a team project

and ensured that I understood the assignment and can assure my team’s success.

 Thirdly, it says that I am a structured person. A person who approaches a methodical

outlook in life and tries to do every task in an organized and orderly manner (Bujang &

Joo, 2018). With the awareness of this excellent skill in my life, I can now imagine why I

always try to do my work in a system and order both in my personal and professional life.

Being a structured person, I got a lot of better results both in my personal and

professional life from making a detailed plan before making any tough decisions. Thanks

to increased self-awareness, I can manage any problematic task by breaking that into easy

parts and manageable parts. Moreover, it inspires me whenever I see every job come in

the right direction according to my good planning.

 Finally, the assessment report tells me I am intentional. A purposeful person assists others

for the sake of helpfulness and supportiveness and a specific purpose (Bujang & Joo,

2018). In my professional career, this skill helped me to an extreme level. For instance, if

a person works on a team project, it will be a great help to be a deliberate person, as it is

easier for that person to help the team members in a situation where every decision and
4

action goes for a specific purpose. However, having this exceptional skill, I have

succeeded in many projects in school and college life and at my workplace.

Some other fundamental traits have been linked to the outcomes of my examination. A brief

explanation of each attribute is given below:

 Service-Oriented Approach: Being service-oriented helps to enhance the intentional

nature and to focus on the task, which gives efficient results. It also inspires you to get

knowledge from other perspectives, gather new ideas, and build relationships with

different and productive people, ultimately sparking your career stability.

 Continuity and compassion: With a patient and empathetic nature, a person can support

and give a clear understanding to another individual, which makes that person connect

with you emotionally and provides security for them to share their problems and

challenges with you. Hence, you will become a valuable source in their critical decision-

making process.

 Self-reliance: Living independently is a crucial trait that empowers you to excel as an

individual and a team member. The dormant potential inside you is unlocked as you

accept self-reliance, enabling you to unleash your skills with unmatched finesse.

 Bottom-line oriented: Bottom-line-oriented is not just a title but also defines you. You

find comfort in every mission that is clear and free from any unusual distractions. Every

task you are taking and completing, no matter how small and big that work is, becomes a

piece of the large picture of your success.

 Having firm convictions and intuition: Your capacity for vehement support or opposition

demonstrates the strength of your beliefs and intuition. By embracing this quality, you

make decisions consistent with your values and firmly communicate your thoughts.
5

 Establishing Stable Relationships: Making deep connections is one of my outstanding

talents. Everyone engaged benefits from my emphasis on developing positive and helpful

relationships. Building these connections stimulates cooperation, promotes candid

communication, and produces a productive workplace that nurtures success and progress.

Top three skills of mine are given below:

 Continual Education: Dedication to lifelong learning is a transforming trait that

accelerates my development and potential. Every person can develop their skills and

show off their talents at work by seizing the chance to learn from others.

 Resiliency: A person can overcome obstacles with tenacity and overcome past failures

with motivation if they have resilience as one of their essential skills (Shaik, 2023). This

priceless trait makes an individual a tremendous asset in any professional situation since

it equips them to handle setbacks, learn new aspects, and proceed with renewed vigor.

 Solving issues: An individual can approach problems methodically and with a focus on

solutions thanks to their ability for problem-solving. This ability enables me to examine

the issues, develop successful plans, and put them into practice in both individual and

group settings.

Some examples of the driving forces in action from my past professional experience:

 Engagement in Future Planning: I developed concise and practical career roadmaps by

participating in discussions on future planning. It also helps me to reach a position for

success in both the personal and professional realms by setting goals and systematically

aligning duties.
6

 Getting Rewards for Your Dreams: You are more motivated to pursue your dreams when

you receive rewards and recognition actively. I devoted my efforts to conquering

challenges and advancing toward my objectives because I wanted to fulfill my desires.

 Honors for Effective Resource Management: Responsible resource management and

investment are vital to me. Utilizing resources effectively promotes financial stability,

which has a favorable effect on both personal and professional endeavors.

 The dissemination of organizational messages: I always wanted to develop original

concepts that benefited others. I promoted a culture of growth and development by

sharing my knowledge and experiences.

 Continually Adhering to Systems and Procedures: It is admirable how patiently and

consistently you stick to protocols and procedures. This commitment improves the

effectiveness of my work and fortifies the organizational structure.

 Recognizing my motivators, I identified multiple opportunities and an environment that

aligns with my values and aspirations.

 The freedom to make big decisions and act when facing any challenge during any task

enhances the strength of that person, which motivates them to do their work more

perfectly and efficiently.

 Expressing my experience and insights to the other colleagues and the team members

made me more comfortable and gave me the strength to share my thoughts about any

issue. The open-up communications between colleagues empower organizational growth

and create an environment of continuous improvement.

Understanding one’s abilities and motivations is essential for personal and professional

development. Making better job selections and self-improvement possible requires an awareness
7

of strengths and weaknesses. By Adopting a holistic strategy, I developed interpersonal and

technical abilities to improve my teamwork and collaboration and boost the productivity of the

team project (Rayess et al., 2020). I Accepted my accountability for my choices and results and

viewed setbacks as chances to grow and change. I am making new learning and skill

development that prioritize me to stay calm in a changing work environment (Huebert, 2023).

Employers value self-awareness because it demonstrates flexibility and receptivity to criticism.

By prioritizing self-reflection, I made spot areas for development and built on my strengths,

cultivating a growth mentality that sees failures as a stepping-stone to my success.

Part- 2 Impact on Career

 Methodical and Reliable Researcher: The unique qualities that help people to be

successful and productive in their professional endeavors since they are systematic and

trustworthy researchers (Elyounssi, 2023). I became an asset to many research projects

because of my dedication to correctness and precision, which guarantees the

thoroughness and dependability of my work. My team and company appreciated my

commitment to delivering trustworthy results.

 Think outside the box: I have a unique ability to think creatively when obtaining

knowledge, one of my most vital qualities. I handled issues and difficulties creatively,

looking for novel solutions that others might miss (Elyounssi, 2023). Thinking beyond

the box enables me to make fresh connections and provide original insights, giving my

work a distinct edge.

 Loyalty: Loyalty can summarize someone’s personality. I am always committed to my

goals for my research while being genuine to my cause. This loyalty also extends to my

team and coworkers, which makes me a dependable and helpful collaborator in many
8

cooperative endeavors (Elyounssi, 2023). People’s dedication to completing their

initiatives develops a supportive work atmosphere.

 My approach to solving problems is both methodical and creative. I demonstrated a deep

curiosity and an enthusiasm to investigate new directions for my study, ensuring that my

conclusions were thorough and well-rounded. An approach to problem-solving combines

detailed analysis with original thought to produce well-informed choices and suggestions.

(Elyounssi, 2023)

According to my assessment results, some weaknesses must be improved to achieve success in

my career path as follows:

 As I always try to do the difficult task all by myself. That makes me avoid others’

mistakes in their work and do that task myself without informing them about their

mistakes. (Sammalisto & Lindhqvist, 2023)

 I always hold grudges if someone hurts my belief and pride (Sammalisto & Lindhqvist,

2023). This type of weakness always creates significant gaps between a person’s

relations.

 Multiple challenges came into my life where I sometimes became defensive to secure my

status, negatively affecting my career success. (Gurchiek, 2019)

 I am aware that I always try to do every task all by myself, but sometimes I start doubting

my ability if I am wrong about any concept. (Gurchiek, 2019)

Part- 3 Action Plan

Based on my assessment report, the possible causes for my weaknesses are as follows:

 A desire for perfection and control.

9

 Holding onto resentments and damaged pride.

 Defensive behavior and failure-related fear.

 Persistent self-doubt and error aversion.

Followed by my assessment report, there are some possible solutions for my weaknesses are as

follows:

 Encourage collaboration and delegating.

 Practice empathy and forgiveness.

 Develop a growth mentality and be open to criticism.

 Boost your self-esteem and look for assistance.

I will follow these solutions and apply them in my life to improve the needed areas that I

mentioned previously in my report.

Conclusion

With the help of the Tri Metrix DNA exam, my professional qualities have become much

more straightforward. It explained many characteristics of me as an intelligent, team-oriented

individual who approaches problems systematically. According to the Indigo assessment, my

motivation is planning and a desire for recognition. To improve my life, I must work on my

flaws, including working alone and harboring resentments. I will promote cooperation,

demonstrate empathy, and cultivate a growth mindset to get better. With this self-awareness, I am

committed to maximizing my performance, conquering obstacles, and advancing my profession.

Because of all these qualities, I am on the right track to accomplish my goals and significantly
10

contribute to my workplace and the world at large with continual growth and a dedication to

excellence.
