My Fellow Officers of _____________, the newly elected and incumbent Board of

Directors, our most honored guests ( mention the name of the specials guests you
wish to acknowledge) distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, good evening.!!

Like in every sports event, it is not the referee, the spectators, nor the critics that
counts in winning the match; not even the coaches who despite their best efforts to
guide the players, nor to those who points out how many times the players
stumbled and fell; or even those thinking they are better off in the ring or playing
fields where players do their thing. The credit or blame still belongs to the men who
played the game. On those men whose faces are marred by dust and sweat and
blood; who strives valiantly; who commits mistakes!!; who falls short again and
again, because there is no great effort without inevitable error and short-coming,
but who strive to do the deeds and what needs to be done; who knows great
enthusiasms, great devotions; who spend themselves in a worthy cause; who at the
best know in the end the triumph of high devotions, who at the worst, if they fail, at
least failed while daring greatly, so that their place will never be with those cold and
timid souls, who neither know victory or defeat.

Tonight is the night that will mark a milestone to great men and women of
dedication who will face the challenges and will feel what is like to be seating at the
forefront of the cooperative. Yes, ___________ survived a number of obstacles and
turbulent times in its operations, but the heavier the load, the greater strength we
need to sustain it. Tonight is a celebration of our continuing journey with the
cooperative. I would like to welcome everyone in this momentous event.
Momentous not only to the newly elected board of directors of
_______________________________________________________, but to those
MCOs who elected them to the post that will journey with them. This evening will
mark our continued quest to improve on our craft and deliver conscientious and
dedicated services to our member consumer owners.
