Good Evening Ladies, Gentlemen and our distinguished Chief Guests for the
day. My name is Francis Kamau Mwangi, the Founder and C.E.O of Afrika
Nasaha Production, a Kenyan based Media Production and Talent development
Company; the home of Affrik Model's International, Face Fikirani; Kenyan
based modeling agencies & 36° in Germany. Asia's outstanding Talent
Hunting Company Award 2021/2022 conferred by Asia Awards.
Thank you all for gracing today's occasion and celebrations. This day is highly
auspicious.
I would like to offer positive salutations to the chief guests. Your presence here
at this event will not only inspire us all to be highly motivated but also urge us
all to do better in life for humankind, just as you do. Your achievements in
your fields are not unknown. Each person in the room is well aware of the hard
work you have put up to reach where you presently stand, thank you for being
such encouraging figures. Additional gratitude to you for agreeing to be a part
of our important day. We look forward to learning from you as well as having
a time of life. You radiate unmatchable energy and I hope we all can do equally
great and make this day memorable for you.
It is hard for me to put this feeling into words. I am thrilled to express my
words into speech on such a momentous occasion of my life. It is an honor for
me to have received this award " Asia's outstanding talent hunting company
2021/2022"
First of all, I would like to express my recognition towards the immense hard
work of the other nominees as well. In my opinion, we all are today’s winners.
The amount of dedication and hard work you gave towards your work is truly
commendable. It surely reflects your hard effort or skills towards your work.
This award will be an essential part of my life. It will motivate me for the rest
of my future always.
The journey has been a mixed bag of feelings. A mixed bag of hopes and
disappointments, victories and failures, doubts and confidence, criticism, and
validation. I would not say the path was an easy one to tread on and I would
not say I am extraordinary. I firmly believe that anyone who sets out to achieve
something still does better than those who do not even strive.
I would like to thank God Almighty himself. He gave me difficult tests but he
also gave me the courage to overcome them, he gave me doubts and red flags
but also gave me the willpower to emerge from them. I thank God for His
guidance and His love.
To everyone who has been a part of my life and a part of this journey, I
wholeheartedly thank you and express my gratitude. Every drop in the ocean
counts and I would never forget those who helped me sail through troubled
waters for they deserve a part of this reward.
