II. Air France’s management

A) DIVERSITY AT AIRFRANCE

The richness of Air France comes from what we are, women, men, of all ages, all professions, all
horizons, different, tolerant. Each of our talents is unique and makes up the multitude of our skills!
B) HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK

The health and safety of employees, as well as the quality of life at work are our top priorities.
The preservation of health and safety at work is a human and economic issue, closely linked to the
performance of operations. Reducing risks, occupational diseases, serious accidents and the most
frequent accidents is therefore a top priority.

OUR MAIN CHALLENGES

Air France obtained OHSAS 18001 certification in 2014 for its health and safety management system,
available at all levels of the company. As part of the Integrated Management System, annual target
contracts are signed by the Deputy Directors General of each entity. These contracts formalize the
quantified commitment to reduce accidents at work through action plans.

C) RISK PREVENTIONS
Vigilance and mobilization are more than ever priorities. To strengthen accident prevention and the
culture of risk prevention, the Group has implemented action plans along several axes:
 Prevent serious accidents: the physical and mental integrity of
employees and partners is at the forefront of the company's
concerns.
 Develop ergonomic approaches and reduce Musculoskeletal
Disorders (MSDs).
 Develop quality of life at work and prevention of psychosocial risks,
because everyone's well-being contributes to company
performance and customer satisfaction..
 Consolidate the management system: continuous improvement of
occupational health and safety.

D) RESULTS AND OBJECTIVES

At Air France, 2015 ended with stabilized results in terms of the frequency of accidents at work. The
main types of accidents at work are:

1) QUALITY OF LIFE AT WORK

We pay particular attention to the quality of life at work. We also develop initiatives to enable
employees to reconcile professional and personal life, while contributing to improved performance.
At Air France, the 2015-2017 agreement aims to improve organizations, working conditions, quality of
life at work on a daily basis and the prevention of risks and arduousness.
Measures include the prevention of psychosocial risks:
Deployment of managerial actions in favor of the quality of working relationships:
 Development of spaces for expression and dialogue of employees
 establishment of a common support "How to live better together in the company in mutual
respect and trust"
 Development of work organization methods (teleworking, job-sharing, etc.)Dispositifs
complémentaires d’accompagnement et de soutien aux personnels confrontés à des
difficultés professionnelles ponctuelles ou durables (aide aux aidants familiaux…).
 Implementation of adapted training: "Managing through Quality of Life at Work", "Preventing
and managing violence and incivility", "Preventing risks related to alcohol consumption",
"Raising awareness of the prevention of suicidal behavior".

The new health policy builds on the positive and effective initiatives already underway, and also
introduces a new trend of increased investment in prevention, both to improve working conditions
and to promote a healthy lifestyle for its employees.

2) HEALTH PROTECTION
At Air France, in 2015, the company's 28 occupational physicians and 60 occupational nurses provided
clinical and psychological supervision to the company's employees, while providing advice on health
preservation, prevention of occupational risks and ensuring the necessary urgent acts of care. This
advice is given either individually or during collective information and awareness-raising sessions in
forums, information campaigns or visits to workshops, offices or rotations with flight crews.

For each of the reported risks, members of the Air France-KLM's Executive Committee are
responsible for reviewing the measures implemented to control these risks.
Most significant operational and financial risks is presented to the Air France KLM Group Executive
Committee and to the Audit Committee as well as related action plans.
