1. Wilmar SWMS/ also can you get a drill bit about 700mm long as per the
drawing I sent you, I think its 20mm diameter. Please speak to Shane
Wiliams and see if he wants to use an SDS max which is the bigger shank.
We have a drill just need the longer bit, J14682, Wilmar Sugar,
Concrete pit south wall drilling

2. Hail Creek Batter protection, Crossover pad footings J14608. Can you see
if ARC or Lyndons can rush through the reo processing for the two x pad
footings. If not, we will have to schedule the reo and process it in house.

3. See Shane Williams tomorrow morning and see when he requires

concrete next.

4. Complete ITP for Type 1 Barrier #2 Poured 1/8/23 and create ITP for
Type 2 Barrier #1 J14477 for hail creek completed just have to get ready
to transport.

5. Get the paint to paint the weights on the kerbs.

6. Next 3 Type 1 kerbs that Shane pours will be for J14619. If you could get
the ITP’s ready for these.

7. J14464-1 HV wash pad. Please schedule the formwork for this, We will
use conventional formwork method of Form ply, walers @ 350mm
centres and timber solders @ 900mm-1000mm centres with Z bars
Should have a fair bit in house including z bars, nuts and washers.

8. Suchi was asking about the dowels and dowel certs for the two
construction joints we placed in the igloo aprons J14464-5. I know you
ordered these/ did they get delivered or are they coming( please confirm
with Matty H).
