Delivery Time

The structure will be ready for collection within 2 weeks from order and receipt of the first
payment required as detailed below.

Conditions of sale

1. We will require the following progressive payments, 40 % payment with order,

The balance payable prior to shipment. All materials remain the property of
Quandomanzi Investments (Pty) Ltd until fully paid for. Material and structures
will be removed should above payments not be made. (No cheques will be
accepted)
2. This quotation is valid for 7 days.
3. Buyer is responsible for the safety of materials after structures have been
delivered to site.
4. Buyer is responsible in ensuring all materials delivered to site are protected from
the elements.
5. Buyer is responsible in ensuring the sheeting delivered to site is covered to
prevent any rain damage
6. This quotation constitutes the entire agreement for the scope of works to be
performed and is not based on any drawing other than our structural drawing
which is provided by ourselves on acceptance of this quote
7. This is a DIY structure and erection is not included but erection knowledge is
advisable.
8. Should any specifications be changed to that quoted, additional charges
 Will apply.
9. All foundation bolts, bolts, nuts, screws and washers are included
10. Jurisdiction for purpose of this contract will be South Africa and the South
African law will apply
11. We are SADC registered
12. Buyer is responsible for all clearing fees and custom duties and any other related
fees for the clearing of goods
