In what way do online surveys help you as a pupil?

Have you ever participated in an online survey?

Were you asked to answer some questions about a particular topic?

What topic are you most interested in?

Here are the steps in using technology in conducting survey.
We need a device where we can have our survey. It can be a computer or
a cellphone.
A strong internet access is needed.
Make your own survey form and post it on the website of your choice.
Collect or gather the answer from your respondents.
Upon gathering the data, arrange or tabulate them.

F. Mastery of the lesson

The teacher will post the steps on the board in jumbled order. The pupils
will be the one to arrange them properly.

What should we keep in mind while using the technology?

G. Finding practical applications of concepts and skills

Group the class into 4. Give them some sample forms of survey. Then,
they will have a brainstorming on creating their own survey forms about sources
of fruit bearing trees.

H. Generalization
What are the things to remember in conducting survey with the use
of technology?

I. Evaluation
Have a group with 3 members. Using their gadgets, either
cellphone or tablets, pupils will conduct a survey to find out the sources of fruit
bearing trees. They will use the survey form that they created in the activity. They
can write their output in a clean sheet of short typewriting paper.

Technology is really a big help for us in making our work easier and faster.
In our previous lesson, we learned on how to conduct survey about the sources
of fruit bearing trees using the technology. Today, we will apply the steps we did
last meeting. Do you still remember what are those?
(The pupils will try to recall the steps in conducting survey with the use of
technology.)

Here are the steps in using technology in conducting survey.

We need a device where we can have our survey. It can be a computer or
a cellphone.
A strong internet access is needed.
Make your own survey form and post it on the website of your choice.
Collect or gather the answer from your respondents.
Upon gathering the data, arrange them.

E. Mastery of the lesson

The teacher will call pupils randomly on how to conduct survey with
the use of technology. They will do it without looking at their notes.
VALUING:
Does technology really helps us in our daily living? How?

F. Finding practical applications of concepts and skills

The class will be divided into 4 groups. Each group will try to create their
own survey form about “Famous Orchard Farms in the Philippines”. Then they
will present it in the class.

G. Generalization
