Pursuant to the Memorandum dated 01 August 2023, we have directed all concerned

departments to undertake an inventory and physical count commencing 31 July 2023 at

11:59 P.M. These seek to check if variation exists in their respective inventory as
against the system. However, it has come to our attention that some departments fail to
comply with the issued directives. As a reminder, it is our responsibility to strictly adhere
to the policies and procedures.

With that, may we remind the following to submit their respective reports in accordance
with the instructions in our previous memorandum:
