Special Events

1 bear entered the Site organisation and was spotted by

security guards; it was a very close encounter; also
another bear was spotted on the SE side of the site where
the machines were parked.

different suspicious cars were spotted by the security

guards on several nights after sunset; cars were stopping
near the site, doing a short observation, then leaving

Heavy raining, works on peeling could not be performed
Due to heavy rain, works on soil could not be performed
Soil was super wet and there were 3 big ponds on the
site; due to this no heavy works were performed
due to very wet soil, no heavy works could be perfomed

installation of an electricity pole by Electrica S.A. to bring electricity to the construction site
acces road is very bad; subcontractor said is going to
apeal the contract because they can't prfomed the work
because of the road and site conditions

one issue signaled by Energobit: according to

measurment the ditch for the cable will in place in an
actual ditch that exist on site and is more than 1 m deep

deliveries of ballast are going slow

the raod has problems because there is a lot of wet mud under the ballast/stones

Fence was installed on 70% of "organizare de santier" site
