algo on my behalf in all necessary papers records in the
Registering Office concerned.
(11)To receive back the said documentafter registration or
to withdraw the document presented to the office for
registration if any necessity arise and to sign all the records in
this regard on my behalf.
(12) To apply for Encumbrance Certificate, patta, ‘Transfer
of ownership, name transfer in property records, apply and
obtain service connections of Blectricity Board, Metro water,
Sewerage, etc..to my name. To do all acts that are necessary
and statutory in connection with the change of ownership.
(13) To sign all necessary forms that are necessary and
incidental thereon and thereto for a proper registration of the
conveyance of the schedule mentioned property.
(14) To sign all papers and to obtain Income Tax Clearance
Certificate for the proposed transaction in my name and on my
behalf.
(15) To sign and correspond with any parties, departments
of Revenue, Municipal, Corporation, CMDA or any such other
State or Central Government Departments or Undertakings,
Quasi-Government Organisations oF any such other offices
concerned on my behalf.
(16) To appear and to represent me before any authorities
and offices: concerned and to furnish all the matters pertaining
to the schedule mentioned property till the same is disposed of
in complete share in favour of the prospective Purchaser.
