(9) To enter into an agreement of sale with the prospective purchaser, receive advance, sign the agreement jn my interest and also on my behalf. (10) To receive the balance sale consideration. from the prospective Purchaser, execute and sign the sale deed in the name of the prospective purchaser or the nominee(s) of the Purchaser, present the same before the Registering Officer of the Registering Office concerned for registration and to sign Decurent No.1.
