Best wishes to all of you for a Prosperous Financial New Year 2022-23.

Best wishes to all of you on Telugu New Year / Ugadi / Chaitra Sukhladi /
Gudi Padwa / Cheti Chand and by all names it is celebrated across the
country.

I am writing this message to all of you awaiting results for FY 2022.

Yesterday itself I was told that:

 Rs.40,000 crore advance figure crossed

 Slippage / Recovery of NPA are on expected lines

 Record Rs.1900 crore CLOC opened for March.

Congratulations to all of you in advance!

This momentum should continue into Q1 also. That is why cluster visits are
organized in April also. The wishlist meetings and login / CLOC opening
above threshold size should continue.

For CTC calculation / increment from next year, the performance from today
that is 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023 is taken as the reference.

Hence continue with wishlist meeting and complete conversion. Everyone

should have atleast one CLOC opening above threshold limit in Q1 before
30.06.2022.

Manager transfer / Vacation / Budgeting etc. should not be told as a reason

Yesterday (31.03.2022), I have recorded a video on credit series covering
what RMs / DMs should do and BMs should do and it will be available today
for all of you to see. It is a 90 min video and all of you should complete
watching today. It also covers standard questions that would be asked by
wishlist customers and certain tasks BMs need to complete before coming for
budgeting.

Looking forward to meet all the BMs during BMs conference.
