This cashew coffee shake is a simple, speedy, super delicious way to start your day.

The trick is to freeze your bananas


ahead of time, it makes any smoothie extra creamy!

INGREDIENTS
1 banana, frozen, if desired
1 shot espresso
1 tablespoon cashew butter
1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
150ml almond/oat milk
A few ice cubes

METHOD
STEP 1
Simply place all the ingredients (apart from the ice) into a blender and blend into smooth and creamy.
