Instructions

1.Securely package your parcel. You do not need to attach any labels to the outside of the parcel! If you are returning multiple
items from the same order, please package them together – it is one parcel per compartment only.
2.Take your parcel to any 24/7 InPost Locker. Check whether your locker has space here.
3.On the locker screen, select ‘Send a Parcel’. Then scan the QR code using your phone and follow the on-screen instructions.
4.Put the parcel inside the locker compartment and close the door. If needed, change the size of the compartment to a larger one.
5.Track your parcel here.
6.InPost will collect the parcel from the locker, apply a label and ensure it is returned to the retailer within 1-3 working days. The
retailer will contact you once they have received your order. Thank you for choosing Sports Direct
