Position Name : Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities :

1. Support Sales and Key Account Management teams with creating reports,
charts, dashboards, and other analytics as needed using tools such as
Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
2. Run, update, and create reports and dashboards in CRMs such as
Salesforce.com.
3. Extract and analyze data from CRMs or other databases or datastores.
4. Support the compilation and executive presentation of sales related data
including sales performance metrics.
5. Support other strategic Go to Market initiatives in the organization

Skills required :

1. Hands on knowledge in MS Excel and Advanced Excel


2. Prior experience of creating/automating complex dashboard and reports is
preferred
3. Knowledge in VBA / SQL and having prior experience of initiatives to
automate manual reports is desirable
4. Experience with using Salesfore.com or similar CRMs will be great to have. .
5. Should possess analytical skills to identify outliers and highlight the same
6. Should be able to interact with diverse stakeholders and departments
7. Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
8. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
