3. The student has to take the accidental insurance policy compulsorily and
submit to OMPL during starting of internship training and the period of
insurance may be for the entire internship period and insured value shall be
decided by the institution/students as they are the beneficiaries.
4. As per safety rules of the company, student who are going to field have to
wear their PPE helmets and safety shoes. Proper decorum shall be
maintained while walking on road and care shall be taken to prevent
blockage of road.
6. Students shall not take any of the company documents either original or
copy outside the premises. Each Student shall be bound to maintain secrecy
regarding the company's functions. The student shall not have any right to
reproduce the contents of the project or any material that they come
across during the course of their training for any purpose other than
academic.
7. Any whiling away of time by the students shall be viewed seriously. Noon
lunch timings are 1.15 pm to 2.00pm for students.
9. During the period of training, students shall make their own arrangement for
stay & transport etc.
10. Students shall get the approval in advance from the concerned of OMPL
training center for coming late in the morning, going early in the evening as
well as leave/absence. In case of sickness, information shall be duly
communicated to training center well in advance.
12. Interns are not allowed to carry mobile phones, pen drives & laptops inside
the battery limit plant. Vehicles to be parked outside the main gate in the
parking slot.
13. Students shall not indulge in unnecessary communication with any persons
not related to their training. Sharing contact no's, addresses, mail id's of
employees (irrespective of their grade and position) to others shall be viewed
seriously. Further any such attempt from unrelated persons to seek the
personal information of the students undergoing training shall be reported to
the training center immediately.
14. Students will make a presentation as and when required by HR Dept at
Training Center on their learnings.
15. After finishing their training, students will compulsorily submit a copy of their
training report to Training Head & the Mentor, failing which certificate shall
not be given to them.
16. Company can terminate/ short close the training of those students for
reasons such as non-observance of points mentioned above as well as
indiscipline/ misbehavior/ arrogance etc. during their training period.
18. Enrolment in Training does not automatically merit certification, but will be
based on assessment.
