TOPIC: Success in life depends on physical attractiveness rather than on good character.

Do

you agree?

People have varied perspectives on the things that contribute to people's accomplishments.

While I agree that physical attractiveness is essential, I believe that good character is more

important. Ordinary people focus on external beauty, thinking that a beautiful person is

someone who has an image and appearance that makes others look at them, and has an

attraction to attract others, that is, beautiful in terms of teeth and hair, eyes, skin, beautiful

body. But the value of a person is that his life has value, meaning, his soul is noble. Ideal

beauty is a person who is not only beautiful in appearances such as beauty, clothes, and

appearance, but also beautiful in personality, way of thinking, language, behavior, and

lifestyle.

To begin with, I believe that those who are dedicated and of good character have a higher

chance of success. Perhaps the most important reason is that not everyone is lucky enough to

be born into affluent families or to be attractive, but with a lot of truthfulness, they can attain

their dreams. Moreover, in fact, in life, people will not be able to connect for a long time if

the two souls are not in harmony, there is no feeling about the soul, sincere vibration, because

of noble behavior. The best illustration of this is Nick Vujicic, who learned to write by mouth

despite the lack of four limbs and went on to acquire a bachelor's degree with a double major;

he is now a famous motivational speaker who travels around the world to motivate the youth.

On the other hand, there is no denying that personal attractiveness plays a critical part in

achieving success. People born in affluent families typically have a good foundation for their

development and prosperity. For example, individuals could easily start their own business

without borrowing money from a bank, or they could receive a superior education, allowing

them to have stable employment in the future. Second, it appears that good looks are of
essential importance in several major areas, such as entertainment or fashion, these days.

Indeed, if a singer or model is attractive, she may get a lot of attention from audiences and

have more opportunities to rise up the social ladder. Admittedly, people first attract each

other by their external beauty, and appearance sometimes reflects a part of a person's

personality, yet it is not enough to just base it on that. These forms do not reflect anything of

inner value. They are just a cover to deceive those who love the appearance and want to

follow the form. Outer beauty cannot be underestimated, but the inner quality is the most

important.

In conclusion, although I accept that physical attractiveness significantly influences people's

success, I would argue that human virtue plays a more important role. Just external beauty is

not enough to equate it with the value of a person, the value of life. Because beauty cannot

create a life on its own, it only contributes to the creation of color for life. Moreover, no

beauty is eternal with time. It is clear the evaluation of beauty is also not certain. No beauty is

absolute. The standards of beauty always change with the times, by locality, by country, by

region, and especially by nature, dependent on human aesthetic sensibilities. Only a good

character lasts forever. Life will have meaning and development when people know how to

build for themselves a good character and a sincere heart.
