1. DEFINED TERMS
“ADNOC Group” means ADNOC together with each company in which ADNOC, directly or indirectly,
controls fifty percent (50%) or more of the share capital.
“ADNOC Guest House” means accommodation provided by ADNOC that offers a wide range of hospitality
services for Employees and its business visitors, including accommodation at Al Yash 1, 2 and 6 and the
ADNOC Guest Villa.
“Company” means either ADNOC or one of the Group Companies depending on the context used.
“Company Mobile Phone” means portable telecom device and/or phone line provided by a Company for
business communication.
“Group Company” means any company within the ADNOC Group, other than ADNOC.
“Guidelines” means this ADNOC Group General Services Governing Principles and Eligibility Criteria
Guidelines.
“IPTV” means Internet Protocol Television, which is the delivery of television content over Internet Protocol
networks.
“Satellite” means a mobile device that provides satellite network coverage across the globe.
“Service Owner” means the department or function responsible for the service within ADNOC and each
Group Company.
2. INTRODUCTION
These Guidelines are issued by the Group Services & Special Tasks (Group S&S) Function to highlight
the key governing principles and eligibility criteria for the provision of General Services to Employees.
3. PURPOSE
(a) govern the provision of General Services to Employees, by defining the rights, responsibilities and
relationships of different stakeholders in relation to providing such services;
(b) ensure transparency and consistency in the delivery of each General Service for Employees across
ADNOC Group; and
(c) outline the main categories of beneficiary and their eligibility for services according to their business
requirements and organizational hierarchy, recognizing their efforts and contribution in driving
ADNOC Group strategic objectives.
4. SCOPE
4.1 The Executive Director, People, Technology & Corporate Support Directorate has approved these
Guidelines, which shall be implemented by ADNOC and each Group Company subject to and in
accordance with their delegation of authority and other governance-related processes.
4.2 The Group S&S Function together with each Service Owner, are responsible for ensuring the
implementation of these Guidelines.
4.3 Any deviation from or exception to these Guidelines requires the prior written approval of the SVP, ADNOC
Group S&S with appropriate business justification.
4.4 These Guidelines cover the following general services across ADNOC Group (“General Services”):
(b) monitor and assure implementation of these Guidelines across ADNOC Group;
(a) adhere to ADNOC Group HSE and other applicable rules, regulations and guidelines for service;
(b) review and verify all requirements and supporting documents upon receiving requests;
(a) submit requests on time along with all required documents and details;
(e) report the loss or damage of Company assets to Service Owner immediately.
6.1 ADNOC Group office spaces shall include the following services for each floor as applicable:

shall be provided with the approval of SVP, ADNOC Group S&S according to justified work requirements.
6.3 The following positions are eligible for office space and furniture as per ADNOC Group Corporate Office

6.4 Different furniture layouts and arrangement to be provided upon site condition; while furniture types and
sizes may vary depending on existing furniture within each Company.
6.5 Employees may be eligible for special furniture items, such as ergonomic chair, etc. based on an official
medical recommendation from the ADNOC Group Medical Committee.
