This agreement is made between (Person A) Employer Tosh business solutions and
employee Person B
● There are no rights to discuss clearly about his/ her works with any person
inside/ outside of the Company.
● There are no rights to copy/ share any of company information to another person
without proper permissions even if the person belongs to Tosh business
solutions.
● If any person damages company property intentionally he/she Should Fix the
damage.
● Unparliamentary language is strictly prohibited.
● Without intimation to the company before 24 hours he/ she should not take leave.
If done, it is calculated as (LOP)
● Creating groups with company name in any social media channels without
permission of the Company is a punishable offense.
● Without intimation before 30 days He/She should not resign to the company.
(30days notice period)
● If any person is not interested to serve notice period he/she should pay 30days
salary, back to the company.
● Company has rights to terminate employment of a person with or without
intimation to the person, on a proper grounds.
● Depending on performance, the company has rights to change role, any time.
● These rules may update time to time.
