How To Map the Network Drives on a Techno HDS Open Series CNC Router

1. Click on “Start” and choose “Run”, alternatively you can press the “Windows Key”
and “R” key on the keyboard at the same time.

2. In the run “Open” box, please type \\192.168.0.1\ and press “OK”

3. A Window should pop up like the one below. The folder we are interested in is the
“user” folder.

4. Right click on the “user” folder and choose “Map network drive..”

5. Choose a letter for the drive and click “Finish”

6. You will have now a mapped network drive in “My Computer”, shown boxed in red.
The “Programs” folder, also shown in a red box, will be where you put your .NC
or .NCD files to run on the router.

7. To make this easier to access, please right click on the “PROGRAMS” folder and
choose “Send To” and then “Desktop (create shortcut)”.
